Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the part ordered.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.

Multiple Shipments Some orders containing multiple parts may ship separately from different suppliers. You may receive more than one tracking number — this is normal and your full order will arrive within the stated timeframe.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
