Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages ARK Goods LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at arkgoodsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
